A five-member delegation from Chungwoon University led by President Li-Hyung Lee visited HNU on June 29th to July 3rd. Liu Xiangrong, the President of Hunan Normal University hosted a welcoming ceremony for the delegation and had a talk session with President Lee. on July 2nd.

During the ceremony, President Liu stated that in the background of the internationalization of higher education, the frequent exchange and cooperation between universities of different countries especially neighboring countries have been attached more and more importance. Hunan Normal University has been always paying much attention to the exchanges with Korean universities. The establishment of sistership between Hunan Normal University and Chungwoog University will absolutely greatly promote the exchange and cooperation of the two universities. President Lee also expressed his appreciation for the warm reception and invited President Liu to visit Chungwoon University in the near future.

After the welcoming ceremony, the Agreement of Academic Exchange and Cooperation between Hunan Normal University and Chungwoog University was signed the two presidents.
