2008-04-17 09:37:26

Hunan Normal University, Changsha, May 20th, 2007: With approval from the Office of Chinese Language Council International (TOCLCI), five students in HNU, Luo Jing and Jiang Sha from College of Liberal Arts, College of Tourism etc., are heading for Thailand to teach Chinese there for a year, which is the very first time that HNU has designated voluntary students to teach abroad.

In order to meet the recent surge of Chinese language learning all over the world, TOCLCI is increasing the number of voluntary Chinese teachers appointed to teach abroad. The offices concerned advise the students, who volunteer to take up Chinese teaching overseas, to make preparations in advance for strengthening qualities of both foreign languages and mandarin.
