Hunan Normal University, Changsha, May 14, 2007: Chris Cobb, vice president of Roehampton University, UK, came to HNU for a 4-day visit and research. At 8:00 A.M., HNU President Liu Xiangrong met Chris Cobb in his office, and they had a pleasant talk. Vice president Chris Cobb showed strong interest and confidence in cooperating with HNU, he hoped that in the near future the two universities would sign an collaborative agreement formally.

The purpose of Cobb’s visit this time is to attend Sino-UK Leadership Network Development Program jointly organized by China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIA), Higher Education Funding Council for England and British Culture Council. Vice-president of HNU Jiang Hongxin, as a participant of this program, will fly to Roehampton University for a visit and research in late June.
