Hunan Normal University, Changsha, March. 28, 2007: Brandon Christenson, Sara Edgerton and Jennifer Lim Judd, as exchange musical faculty from Southeast Missouri State University U.S.A., paid a visit to HNU on March 26 and they held a concert in the odeum of College of Music in the afternoon next day, which Professor Jiang Hongxin, Vice-president of HNU, attended.

Mr. Christenson (a fiddler), Ms. Sara Edgerton (a cellist) and Ms. Jennifer Lim Judd (a pianist) presented a brilliant performance. Nearly 1,000 students from the College of Music listened to the performance respectfully. It was peacefully inside the odeum during their performance and the attendants immersed themselves in a sweet and melodious music for a long time. The musical performance came to its conclusion with flowers and applauses of the audience.

Southeast Missouri State University U.S.A. has been keeping a friendly exchange relationship with HNU in recent years. Two delegations were sent to HNU in 2004 and signed the Agreement of joint degree program and faculty-exchanging program, which provides good opportunities for the students to go to study in SEMO. In 2005, Mr. Dobbins, President of Southeast State University U.S.A., visited HNU. Now we have eleven students studying in SEMO.
