Changsha, Mar. 3, 2007: Soga Naohiro, President of the University of Shiga Prefecture, Japan visited HNU with his delegation on Mar.2. HNU President Liu Xiangrong held a welcome ceremony in the meeting room of President Building. President Liu expressed welcome to President Sogo on behalf of HNU. He said the frequent exchange in students and learning between our two universities spells out the importance we put on each other, it at the same time has promoted the understanding and friendship between us, thus the development of both. Presidents appreciated the achievements of exchange between the two universities over the past five years, and a new five-year exchange agreement will be singed.
