A Brief Introduction

    College of Polytechnic, established in 1989, is one of the oldest colleges providing higher vocational training in Hunan, it has been authorized the National Key Training Base for Vocational Education Teacher.

    We have opened departments of Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, Decoration Design and Craft, and Dress Design & Culture, covering mechanics, electronics, computer science, communication, arts and education. 3 master programs we provide are Vocational and Technical Education, Circuit and System, and Study of Arts Design. We have also recruited secondary vocational education teachers to study for master degrees since 2004.

    Almost 100 staffs work in our college, more than 70 of them are professional faculty and about 40 are professors or associate professors. Our college is well equipped, a more than teaching building of 10,000㎡ and an independent arts design building are presently in use.
